Download the pk3 file of your choice and put it
to your wolfenstein main directory, usually
Windose: "C:\Games\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\Main"
Linux:   /usr/local/games/wolfenstein/main/
and remove the .zip extension if there is one
(stupid internet explorer!)

Run single player version of wolf, go to console and type
/spdevmap mapname
or
/spdev mapname
where mapname the main name of a .bsp-file (f.i. tomb1).
